It's my take on Bant with Assault formation. This is not meant as a deck to be played by very competitive people, while it does stand it's own on current meta it's not by anyway something that can get you 4-0 xD, It's a good build for people who don't like spending on standard and would rather build a fun thematic deck.
Some people like Assault Formation decks in a slower but control-ish core (Caryatids and Coursers), I personally find that very ineffective, not only is a 3/3 Hexproof not that strong in this metagame, but it will be too slow to keep up with almost anything. I mean what can you really block thats worth blocking with a 0/3 without losing it?
I focus on a 16 non-defender big assed creatures. 8 - 1 mana 0/4 creatures, 4
Nyx-Fleece Ram
(0/5 one life every turn sheep) and 4
Dragon's Eye Savants
(0/6 free morphing info obtainer guy). Note that none of them are walls!! So no wasting mana to go on the offensive!
We have Commune with the Gods and Anticipate to search for the Assault formation or other cards you need at the moment.
Only 2 Dig Through Time since I've tested getting 3 into the deck can become a hindrance if you dont find a Commune with the Gods and the opponent doesnt kill your walls.
Our counters are not meant to be played as to stop our enemy on their feet, but as a means of protection, it's very clear that losing our Assault formation will net us a loss xD so defending it becomes top priority..

Strategy Section: (will be updated as I test against more decks)
G1 shouldnt be hard, we have 4 mainboard counters that can take down their ascendancy and they dont have much means to get it back from the graveyard, so just make sure to dont get greedy and keep a counter up at all times and it should be an easy win
G2 and G3 they will go and side in all his counters, this might sound bad at first, but that will also slow down his deck a lot too, so don't worry too much, take out 2 Valorous Stance and side in 2 Swan Song it should be good as long as you can get your aggro going fast, be very mindful about strategic mulligan in this matchup and you should be fine ;).
G1 you will have a little bit of an advantage, since his Abzan charms, bile blights and similar won't quite cut it to take your guys down, just try to be aware of him destroying your Assault Formation and deploy heavy aggro, he wont be able to stop it, Brave the Sands is your secret weapon here, Negate it's a great tool to deny his planeswalkers, 2-3 creature's on board it's optimal.
G2 and G3 will be harder, he will side in enchantment hate and such, you need to side out 4 Sidisi's Faithful and 2
Lagonna-Band Trailblazer
since your 0/4 wont have as much impact on this matchup because of Siege Rhino and side in 2 Disdainful Stroke, 1 Treasure Cruise, 2 Valorous Stance and 2
Dissolve
and 2
Jeskai Barricade
.
.
G1 will be a race, either you stall the board, kill him out of nowhere or he kills you faster than either of those =P, brave the sands or triton tactics are the key for going on the offensive when the board it's stalled,
Nyx-Fleece Ram
help you get back from the Rhinos. Good G1 overall
We dont sideboard for this match, I've thought about bringing in 2 [[Valorous Stance] but just don't figure out what to cut.
G2 can be complicated, Dromoka's Command can be scary, but remember you have rams, brave the sands and assault formations, so you can chose to sacrifice one of those! This one's a balanced match-up at best so good luck!
