This is a budget commander brew. This deck seeks to control the game by the interaction between Opposition + Static Orb and various token makers. Tapping Static Orb at the end of the turn just before yours results in your permanents all untapping. You can lock opponents out of the game by tapping the two permanents that Static Orb allows them to untap. A large portion of the mana base is made of creatures to make Opposition stronger. This makes this brew weaker to sweepers than usual. Prahv, Spires of Order does not target allowing it to deal with a wide range of weird creatures.
