This is my attempt at a functioning and not extremely unplayable budget U/B control deck. Here are the details

This sideboard has been chosen for my local meta, and is open to change at any time, so I won't go into too much detail.

However, there are some common archetypes that appear a lot, here are some (semi)budget cards to deal with them.

Graveyard abuse/recursion- Relic of Progenitus, Extirpate, Tormod's Crypt
Control- Counterspell
Artifacts/Affinity- Hurkyl's Recall, Annul
Tokens/Weenies- Bile Blight, Ratchet Bomb
Aggro/Burn- Dispel, Propaganda, Crawlspace
Boggles/Hexproof- Glaring Spotlight, Ratchet Bomb, Diabolic Edict
General Disruption- Despise, Duress, Damping Matrix, Eradicate

                                           Upgrades-

This deck, being budget, is not the very best it could be. Some good ways to make it better, albeit at the cost of your money, would be upgrading the land base with some Watery Graves, Polluted Deltas, Temple of Deceits, Darkslick Shores, and Creeping Tar Pits. It would also be worth upgrading to Baleful Strixs, and getting a few Damnations wouldn't hurt, along with some Snapcaster Mage instead of Forbidden Alchemy. A playset of Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver can make you look cool, and of course, a few of the Jaces wouldn't hurt either. You could also pick up a few Go for the Throats, Thoughtseize, or Inquisition of Kozileks as well.
