This is a budget deck using Evasive Maneuvers as the base. It's all about blinking creatures with ETB effects or theft effects like the Perplexing Chimera. I'm a little worried there isn't enough ramp in the deck, but I am not sure what to cut. This is a budget deck, the most I'm willing to pay for a card is $10.

There are a couple of wincons revolving around the Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake. I can either deck someone with a Blue Sun's Zenith or generate infinite drake tokens with the Minion Reflector.
