Turning Gavi precon deck into a slightly more competitive Brallin and Shabraz deck

Decided it's better to lean into the curiosity combo (and protecting it) more and less of the wheels. Just seems stronger.

With deeper pockets consider upgrading the Mana Base more along with an Alms Collector and Ranger-Captain of Eos perhaps
