Every card in the mainboard is under $30 for players that want an efficient but inexpensive competitive deck for their play group. The sideboard will be filled with cards that weren't put in because of their "slightly" higher cost or because they were higher in cost but still classified as "budgeted" but I decided they weren't effective enough for their cost (in my opinion). Whatever cards you choose to use is your decision, or whatever works with your budget :) The main strategy of the deck is to slow down your opponents with stax's or to even stop them from progressing. Then emptying their whole hand and winning through combat damage or Tinybones, Trinket Thief activations. Or do it the fun way with the chaos card Death Cloud . A fun little combo hidden in the deck is with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician to control the creatures on the board by paying life!
