Given the Aggro nature of a Sliver deck, I planned a few basic needs into the deck:

Health: Sun Droplet, Jeweled Torque

Counter: Dissipate , Mana Leak

Board Pressure: Doom Blade, Duress

Fog Bank can provide a kind of health boost in the form of defense.

After that the strategy is to flood the board with Slivers, and get Dauthi Warlord and Shadow Sliver into your hand. When you're ready for the kill combo, drop Dauthi Warlord and on your next turn Shadow Sliver . You will find yourself in a position for one turn where you can attack with all of your creatures directly, and Dauthi Warlord will be crazy strong depending on how many Slivers you have in play.

After working the deck some, I've added a few potential Slivers for play. It might be advantageous to run fewer copies of each Sliver and a greater variety of Slivers overall.
