What I have done to upgrade the Commander 2017 Vampire Tribal deck. It has served me well so far, but has room to further upgrade with more investment of course. The focus is on producing a bunch of vampire tokens with Edgar's ability, then pumping them and going wide, while taking advantage of the individual abilities of the vampires played to trigger Edgar. Most of the upgrades can be done for under a dollar a piece, which is awesome. In fact, the majority of the cost in the upgrades comes from lands (notably duals that can come in un-tapped), but most all of these can be substituted with dirt-cheap taplands without really losing much, and save you some moolah.
