repurposed some extra cards that i had from my old noyan dar deck during his time in standard to see if i can complete a deck by borrowing some pieces that i currently have from my current edh decks. i just returned from playing standard since 2016 where i used Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper and a lot of awaken and animate land shenanigans so i returned to bring them back alive in EDH! standard is way too expensive for me now, so this would be the best way to bring back my old friend.

i plan to create a typical noyan dar spellslinger deck with this on a budget (less than $100). im just taking my time in acquiring the rest of the pieces since ive already spent quite a lot after returning to build my Arcades, the Strategist and Miku, Child of Song EDH decks...
