I'm just a noob that barely started playing MTG for a couple of weeks now. I wanted to build a budget Elves deck that is also pretty competitive. This deck would most likely be for casual play with friends; however, any suggestions are welcomed.

Now, on to the win conditions. One of the win conditions would be for Shaman of the Pack to burn the opponent enough to where the swarm of small elves can deal enough damage. The other win conditions is to beef up my smaller creatures enough with Daen, Archdruid, and Joraga.

Cards like Collected Company, Chord of Calling, and other good Elf creatures have not been included because the price of a single card is too pricey.

I'm honestly kind of lost on the instants I should play... Feel like I need some but don't know what to add
