Budget Friendly 8-Rack (Modern MTG Deck)

When I first started building this deck, I tried to keep it as "budget friendly" as possible. While some of the cards in this build are as much as $3 to $5, most of them can be purchased with as much as pocket change. With staple cards like The Rack and Shrieking Affliction being less than a dollar each, and budget cuts such as Duress replacing Thoughtseize and Pack Rat (temporarily) replacing Ensnaring Bridge. There is also the discussion of getting your hands on Liliana of the Veil. The best replacement I could find was Necrogen Mists - It's ability is identical to Liliana's +1 "Each player discards a card"

When it comes to land base, I replaced the numerous swamps with manlands. Although I am currently playing around with ideas like Mutavault and Blinkmoth Nexus, I have to make the budget cuts to Dakmor Salvage and Spawning Pool.

Currently playtesting and working on the best options for budget cuts and eventually planning to purchase and trade up for the good version complete with a playset of Lilliana of the Veil.
