Budget goblins, the only cards in the deck that costs more than a buck or so is Goblin Chieftain and Goblin Loyalist, which is currently sitting at around three or so.

The idea behind the setup is to remain budget above all, but also rely on power over numbers and avoiding any creatures the opponent may have played.

Sideboard provides stronger late-game for finishing off resilient opponents, but Krenko isn't very useless unless a Chieftain is in play to provide haste.
