This deck can win (assuming no interaction) on turn two.

Turn one: Land, Altar of the Brood

Turn two: Land, Heartless Summoning , Myr Retriever (just die), cast another Myr Retriever (dies and you get back the first one), repeat the process x times where x is the number of cards in your opponent deck, pass the turn, win the game.

If your oponent does not remove either Heartless Summoning and/or Altar of the Brood you win. They can respond to the trigger of the second Myr Retriever with graveyard hate ( Extirpate for exemple). They can't respond exiling Myr Retriever on the battlefield because it dies to the -1/-1 before anyone gets priority.

Note that Altar of the Brood does not target the opponent so you win through effects like Leyline of Sanctity .
