The goal of this deck is to make lots of mana by casting High Tide to make your islands tap for an additional blue mana. Then, you use other cards like Hidden Strings, Toils of Night and Day, and Ghostly Flicker to untap those islands and use them for more mana! Use your draw spells to get more untap spells and copies of High Tide. Merchant Scroll can grab another copy, as well as some of the other card draw spells. Once you have cast enough spells, cast a Brain Freeze to make your opponent deck themselves, or make them draw more cards than they have in their library with Blue Sun's Zenith.

Note: This deck is not legal in any competitive format. This deck will make your casual friends hate you. However, it is a storm deck: the premier combo deck of Magic: the Gathering. This is absolutely one of the best decks for the money.
