My list for Competitive Blood Pod. Slightly budget, mostly in the lands department. Some wouldn't consider this budget, but for me anything without OG duals is pretty much considered budget. Plays a very grindy game, and attempts to lock the other players out of the game by playing stax and prison pieces. Wins by saproling beats made with Tana. Can combo off useing Kiki-Jiki and friends, but it's typically not a good idea to rush to this combo as you are not playing blue and thus cannot protect your combo until you've locked everyone out of the game.
