i dont think it would work like that cause it loses all abilities, and becomes 4/4 unless im mistaken

i think Fluxcharger is a good add instead of cyclops.

i also think Spellheart Chimera with Nivmagus Elemental is a good combo to dump your spells to charge them both up.

Deff a +1 for me though.

spell heart is pretty goodbut the cyclops is rediculus and it wins gamesflux charger isnt quite as goodthanks for the idea ill give it a try

mmm... spose it helps relieve the chimera problem, i hesitate to take it out as it has saved me in many tournaments...

will you be adding the izzet scry land when born of the gods is released? this is pretty cool

should think about adding Give / Take as you can remove a bunch of counters off the Nivmagus Elemental for some excellent card draw

also if you're looking for an alternative to the Spellheart Chimera , try Guttersnipe as you can deal a good amount of damage off it without it loosing strength from the Nivmagus Elemental

mmm. yeah guttersnipe does work. as for the izzet scry land. that is preferential. u can use it if u can afford it. i will be using them tho.

I would add Grapeshot the storm mechanic would be amazing. Young Pyromancer benefits from the instant and sorcery cards but not in the right way for this deck. Also your land base it pretty big for a deck that costs so little, you could make room for more instant and sorcery cards.

also what about the sideboard? i'd suggest Pithing Needle

im planning on keeping this deck standard... check out my other deck called izzet an izzet storm it makes use of grapeshot.pithing needle is ok... but not for my local play its not great here cause nobody uses those types of abilities to much effect... will see bout rouges passage

The best cards for this deck would be Possibility Storm and Armed / Dangerous this would allow something like Nivix Cyclops to swing for game because you Dangerous any other creature on the field or give him doublestrike. Also everything in your deck gets double procs! XD
