An alright Izzet deck on a budget. The deck is nothing but trigger abilitys. The deck is packed with instants and sorcerys so you can exile them to buff up Nivmagus, but since you're still casting them(including ciphers) Guttersnipe and Young Pyromancers abilities will still trigger. That way if you're not attacking, you're still dealing damage with Guttersnipe's ability, and gaining blockers with Young Pyromancer. The Aqueous Form is there to help get in some damage that way the ciphers can trigger, and the scry 1 helps out. Hypersonic Dragon is there as a mid to late game 4/4 flying, haste. Plus his ability is always nice to give your sorcerys flashback. Hands of Binding is there to control the field somewhat of course, and Hidden Strings is always nice for giving you back your mana or other things. Or with Hypersonic Dragon on the field, Hidden Strings can be cast as an instant, and tap your opponents creatures, land, etc. Anyways, that pretty much the deck. I know there is plenty more to this deck that can be done, but like I said, it's on a budget, and it's not too bad for a budget deck in my opinion. Any suggestions would be much apprieciated. :)
