Recently started playing MTG again and I really don't have a lot of budget for a standard deck. I decided to use cheap commons and uncommons cards from DMU only. Together with some old cards that I already have - Impulse, Lightning Strike, and Shivan Reef, I have pieced together this budget Izzet Spells (not really sure what to call it). I haven't build a Sideboard yet, but I'm looking at Negates, Essence Scatter, Smash to Dust, and Fires of Victory.
