A budget version of the quite popular Kuldotha Red archetype that's been making the rounds.

Essentially, this a burn/beat down deck made of teeny tiny itty bitty creatures, ways to buff them, and straight to the face burn spells. It's astoundingly aggressive, probably among the most aggressive decks in modern, capable of turn 3/4 wins with many combinations of cards.

What's unusual about this deck though is that while very expensive lists exist, the cards that might make this deck expensive aren't the cards that make it run, but instead secondary burn/aggro staples like Atarka's Command and Goblin Guide, which is to say that the budget version is still quite powerful.
