I wanted to build a very unusual budget deck leveraging the Aisling Leprechaun, one of the most unique (and most often useless) cards in the system.

If you build an entire deck around Aisling Leprechaun however, it can work. Every card here costs less than $1. Many cards support or leverage the Aisling Leprechaun in some way. The remaining cards leverage the supporting cards. Finally, since Hoover was the artist for the Aisling Leprechaun it is also a Emerald Dragonfly and dragonfly theme deck.

The deck leverages the Leprechaun's unique power to turn things green permanently, and it handles most of the Aisling Leprechaun's weaknesses. Ailing Leprechauns are 1/1 creatures so they are easy to kill, and opponents seem concerned enough about them to kill them quickly, so there are a number of enchantments to protect the Aisling Leprechauns, and then a number of cards to leverage the large number of enchantments, and then more cards to benefit from the protections. The deck ends up being a bunch of 1/1 creatures with lots of protections. Finally, if everything is slaughtered, out pop the Ghoultree s.

I have no idea how to build the sideboard, or even if there might be a few budget improvements that could be made to the main. There are some challenges that can clobber this deck, like cards that wipe out all enchantments, Notion Thief, decks with oodles of creatures, and very fast decks. I would also like to know what sideboard cards would be useful to shore up remaining weaknesses.
