Budget Lifegain - Angels In the Outfield

Modern Budget Lifegain WB (Orzhov)

chillix

I'm back with another standard brew. This ones revolved around lifegain and cheap efficient creatures. This deck can achieve a T4 win:

T1: Tapped land (Scry land or Gate)
T2: land + Hero of Iroas
T3: land + Ordeal of Heliod (only costs a single W) on Hero of Iroas (dont need to attack) , then Vizkopa Guildmage
T4: land + another Ordeal of Heliod on Hero of Iroas , activate Vizkopa Guildmage 2nd ability for 1WB, attack with Hero of Iroas , both Ordeal of Heliod s trigger, gaining you 20 life and losing your opponent 20 life. Did that just happen?

The nice thing about this deck is that it has multiple ways to pull of the victory, so even if one of your threats is removed, you can respond with another. Ordeal of Heliod + Vizkopa Guildmage for massive lifeswingsSunbond + any lifelinker : lifelinker that doubles itself every swingany lifegain == 4 + Angelic Accord : 4/4 angel token

Orzhov Charm is a beast in this deck. Not only does it use your ample life pool to destroy problem creatures, but it can also save your creature and an enchantment from a 2 for 1 removal spell.I feel like being able to cast both sides of Ready / Willing is enough reason for a green splash. Creating a field of indestructable deathtouching lifelinkers seems.... good?

Alive / Well is mainly in here to have a 1 mana gain life spell. I tried Mortal's Ardor for a while, but the card is too situational. Also while creating a 3/3 for 4 mana at sorcery speed is like... really bad, it's good to have an additional option in topdeck mode.
This deck can afford to play a lot of shocklands, so if you want to throw some more money at this, replace the Selesnya Guildgates with some Temple Gardens and a couple plains and swamps for Godless Shrine.OR we could turn this budget deck into an absolute Monstrosity of Money with Thoughtseize, Blood Baron of Vizkopa , Fiendslayer Paladin and Archangel of Thune.... but where's the fun in that?
SIDEBOARD
Not too sure on sideboard yet, gonna put one together after some more play testing Glare of Heresy - seems good against Detention Sphere / white decks in general. Banisher Priest - might be good in some situations, but I feel he's too vulnerable for the main deck. Dark Betrayal - black hate cardGods Willing - because we are so reliant on creatures, B/R removal decks can screw us pretty hard. Taking out 3 Alive / Well for these can help us fight through removal
Let me know what you think!

Turn 3 Angel !!!!

Turn 1: Land + Springleaf Drum

Turn 2: Land + Oreskos Sun Guide + tap him with Springleaf Drum for the life gain next turn

Turn 3: Oreskos Sun Guide untaps, gain 2, drop a Radiant Fountain , gain another 2. Use your 3 lands + Springleaf Drum to drop Angelic Accord. Receive your 4/4 angel on your end step!

Updates Add

Oh man, so many good cards released for this deck with Ajani's Pridemate + Wall of Limbs + Radiant Fountain.

Decided to switch it up from an enchantment-heavy build ( where I was getting 2-for-1'd constantly ) to a flood/convoke/inspired strategy with lots of incremental lifegain.
