This deck was part of my Extreme Budget series, where I built decks for $30 or less, but I ended up buying it and falling in love. You can remove the Ashnod's and such to bring the price down, feel free to add in anything you want in replacement of the more expensive stuff. The deck functions pretty well despite its price.

Locust god is one of if not my favorite commander right now. I love izzet and he just does all the fun stuff izzet is meant to do. The deck has several win conditions, mostly pinging via Psychosis Crawler, Impact Tremors, Warstorm Surge, and Niv Mizzet. Gravitational Shift Helps control the table a bit by slowing down swingy decks while pumping your locusts a scary amount; 3/1 hasty tokens every time you draw is rather startling. Niv can be geared with Grafted Exoskeleton if you need to drop someone behind a pillow fort or with a lot of life. Treat the maybe board as an upgrade board.

I am cycling the deck because I am still a pretty new player and deck builder, and would really like some tips, keeping in mind a budget, to help this deck out. You guys are a wealth of knowledge so I'll take any suggestions I can get. I am not looking for a CEDH deck so it doesn't need to be cutthroat, just give it a chance at winning.
