Untested budget Mardu Control. I'd like to spend under $100 (note that the price the site says isn't as low as I can make it when I get into TCG Player's cart). Currently, I have the price in cart for this at $80 (I have 1 Butcher, the Utter Ends and the Liliana, decreasing the price overall), so about $20 more of improvements are available.

Any help with card choices is appreciated!

I'd love help with the mana base. I reasonably believe that 12 CITP lands is too many, but I'd hate to lose because I don't get correctly colored mana, so I'm conflicted.
