This is 1 of the decks I own and it uses meekstone or marble titan to keep high cost creatures from untaping. The creatures with protection from creatures can block higher powered creatures without dying (the spirit mantle with wall of glare makes a creature that can block most incoming attacks trample is still problematic and he cant block flying without the spidersilk armor out though). Those creatures can also attack unhindered since they can not be blocked. there are also cards in there that make mobs your opponents summon come in tapped (so the big creatures wont even get a chance to swing with meekstone out). Prophet of Kruphix and Serra's Blessing are in to let you attack with the big creatures while meekstone is out without them becoming stuck. the True Conviction and Argentum Armor are great when equipped to a creature that can not be blocked but if you want something faster feel free to swap some of those out for the Quietus Spike till you have it just how you like.
