A Mill/Control deck I made using cards I had laying around, some gifts from a friend, and about 15 bucks. While I realize the deck could use play sets of Glimpse the Unthinkable, Snapcaster Mage, and Surgical Extraction; keep in mind that this is a budget deck.

The idea is to control the early game, and if they don't do anything threatening, use Nephalia Drownyard to grind them down. Once you have enough lands to start using your mill spells while being able to leave mana up for counters/removal, you can go nuts.

I'm not sure what to do for cheap sideboard tech. Grafdigger's Cage is great graveyard hate for this deck because it keeps your Jace's Phantasms and Visions of Beyond active. The Mountain is in there so I can board it in, search it up with Evolving Wilds, and actually use the other half of Breaking / Entering if I want to.
