Based on Alan Comer's 2001 deck of the same name (http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/deck/6), this is my budget version of the classic deck. While Rising Waters seems out of place in a deck with such a low land count, it can lock out my opponent fairly efficiently. Land grant is essential for both deck thinning and maintaining an effective mana base. Quirion Dryad provides most of the beatdown, though in a pinch, Delver and Werebear can win the game.
