[BUDGET] Mono-Green Aggro TRIX

Standard Aggro Budget Competitive Mono-Green RG (Gruul)

Zyrxii

Sideboard

So, my favorite color in Magic has always been green. You just ramp, throw down huge creatures, and swing at them turn after turn. There's almost no thinking involved. EXCEPT... when your deck has a lot of combat tricks and your opponent doesn't know what you're saving all your mana for...

Introducing, the new, cheap, HULK (green and huge teehee) machine! The main idea behind this deck is to summon creatures every turn and swing with them every turn. Always summon your creatures in main phase 2 unless summoning them before combat is going to directly influence combat. This way, you can swing with mana open to imply that you have a combat trick up your sleeve. Most of the time, you will.

Damn, I'm high. This is too hard right now. I will finish the description later. Just build this deck on Lackey and draw a few turns. I guarantee that you'll be surprised at the amount of damage you can do around turn 3-5 and the amount of responses that are available in your sideboard. Your creatures are too big too fast for burn decks to keep up. You side in another Ranger's Guile for black destroys. Mono blacks decks and reanimator decks usually have the whip, so you counter with Scavenging Ooze. Planeswalkers? Pithing Needle. Gods? Unravel the Aether. Flying? Plummet + Skyreaping + Pit Fight + Skylasher. Mono Blue Counters? Skylasher + Ranger's Guile. Another Aggro? Nylea's Disciple + Pit Fight.
