My take on a mono blue control deck for the new standard. The basic idea is to draw a card, play a land, then keep up mana for a counterspell if necessary with the fall back option of a flash creature or card draw spell. Should be pretty budget friendly except for the Torrential Gearhulk which unfortunately is pretty expensive - might just replace with some Elder Deep-Fiend . Let me know if you have any suggestions for mainboard or how to start on a sideboard. Also let me know if it just seems like a terrible deck idea.
