Mainly for a a laugh. Lock down the board with enchantments, and storm in with Gideon to win. Blue-based decks are biggest issue, and then mainly due to Nephalia Drownyard, hence Ghost Quarters.

Only costly inclusion is Gideon, Champion of Justice, and could be pulled for other win-con.

Lack of draw from blue is painful, but silly deck is silly.
