This is yet another deck based off one found on a Laboratory Maniacs video on YouTube. I am indebted to them for the inspiration for two decks I'm now building in paper. Thank you coreman and crew.

The main goal of this deck is to ramp and play effects that constrict your opponents' access to mana (Trinisphere, Static Orb, Blood Moon, etc) as well as prevent major combos with cards like Mana Maze, Arcane Laboratory, etc. The deck wins when you combo Isochron Scepter with (preferably Lightning Bolt) and Paradox Engine. You can also produce infinite mana with Isochron Scepter a few mana rocks and Dramatic Reversal, which can allow you to win with infinite Capsize. Sometimes you win solely because everyone gives up. :)
