Combo Win Conditions:
Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity
Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye
Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Tandem Lookout

Additional Win Conditions:
Laboratory Maniac
Docent of Perfection  , Metallurgic Summonings , Murmuring Mystic , Talrand, Sky Summoner , and Young Pyromancer all have potential to close out the game if left on the battlefield long enough.

Time Reversal and Diminishing Returns protect us from milling ourselves to death, when combo-ing out it is important to have enough mana to be able to play one of these spells unless you are sure that you have enough cards in your library to kill everyone (or you have Laboratory Maniac out). However, neither Tandem Lookout nor Niv-Mizzet, Parun have "may" abilities, so these spells won't protect you with that specific combo since they aren't instant speed.

I would greatly appreciate any advice you have, but please remember I am trying to keep the budget quite low on this deck! Thanks!

I'm thinking about adding Planar Bridge , Planar Portal , and Ring of Three Wishes for more tutors. Which, if any, of these do you think I should add? What would you take out in their place?
