Legacy Weapon is great 5 color removal, though I wasn't sure if you were going to do 5 colors. Bringer of the Black Dawn is right on the 2 dollar mark too.

Hey Rusty! Thank you so much for the comment! I went ahead and added all the cards you suggested (minus the Tri-lands). I agree they are sweet, but the i am really trying to avoid lands, because that is a can of worms that could easily add another 100 cards. I may have to make a budget land list! (i did add the reliquary tower though. That card is too good to pass up haha)

Thanks for the comment Skulloelegy! If you are looking for something similar in red, look at Retribution. I know it isn't great, but for budget build in red. Its not bad lol. Also, i went ahead and added it to the list!

Phyrexian Reclamation, a very powerful recursion card. Also, all of the siege cards from Fate Reforged are super cheap and all really powerful in a budget build. Palace Siege, Frontier Siege, etc.
