This deck is fairly budget. The emphasis of the deck is to play quickly through Speedway Fanatic, Veteran Motorist, and Vehicles like Sky Skiff and Renegade Freighter . Also it attempts to control the board state through red removal. The reason I came up with this deck (before cat combo ban) was to try to build something that might take a few games from the tier 1 decks (I still do not know if how it does against those). It is a fairly fast deck and quite consistent at stabilizing quickly. Any advice is welcome, however I am going to try to keep it budget and less than $30.

NOTE This is what I had in my collection, if it seems like there should be more of a certain card I most likely did not have enough in my collection.
