Do I need to protect Pack Rat?

The deck works to draw pack rat as quickly as possible. If opponent can't deal with pack rat early they're in trouble. Later in game scavenge cards can be used to pump rats.

Im aware i've left myself open to bile blight from opponent. Working on budget, average deck cost below $60
