A budget UR Control deck with a couple of kill conditions. The best is Seismic Assault+Swans of Bryn Argoll+Dakmor Salvage. Simply discard Dakmor Salvage to Seismic Assualt, targeting the Swans. Because Dredge works with ANY draw, you can dredge to the first draw trigger and redraw it. This is an infinite combo, allowing you to draw enough lands to kill your opponent! The sideboars pack to alternate win cons in the form of Sphinx's Tutelage and Laboratory Maniac for decks that reach ridiculously high life totals, such as Soul Sisters, and decks that play Leyline of Sanctity out of the sideboard. The other kill condition is Young Pyromancer, although I am actively trying to replace because he doesn't seem very good in a deck that isn't trying to cast a million spells, such as Delver. Please suggest more cards in the comments and remember: the goal of this deck is to keep it below $100 .
