This is an elf tribal deck that operates under the guise of being a grouphug Selvala, Explorer Returned deck. By the time you are able to make infinite mana with Umbral Mantle/Sword of the Paruns and Wirewood Channeler/Priest of Titania/Elvish Archdruid and dump it all into Ezuri, Renegade Leader/Chameleon Colossus it will be too late.

Alternatively, a classic Overrun or Triumph of the Hordes win is entirely possible though not nearly as flashy.
