A basic snow deck I made. Abominable Treefolk and Conifer Wurm can be used as big beaters. Marit Lage's Slumber can help scrying as well as win the game if necessary.

The early game is rather slow. Some mana fixing using the ol' Arcum's Astrolabe and ramping a bit with some Boreal Druids I had lying around. Controlling the board is done with Dead of Winter and On Thin Ice to get rid of the opponent's pesky creatures. Winter's Rest can be used as well in some cases.

One of the weaknesses is planeswalkers. I'm thinking of adding a couple of Lightning Bolts to deal with those, or some Abrades for artifact removal.

Glacial Revelation is a draw 4 on average, which is really good. But it might also get rid of some of your answers. So it is a slight gamble.

Lightning Greaves protect and give haste to the big beaters. It has helped a couple of times against heavy control decks.

The rare lands are ones I had available from another deck but might not be optimal in a budget build. I might replace some by a shockland or checkland.
