[INCOMPLETE]

Storm is a combo deck that tries to play a ton of spells in a single turn (usually around turn 4), then cast either Grapeshot to deal enough burn damage to outright kill the opponent or cast Empty the Warrens to create enough goblin tokens to run the opponent over.

Dig for needed cards using Serum Visions, Anticipate, and (if necessary) Manamorphose.

A lot of mana is required in order to cast enough spells to "storm out." It requires considerably less mana if one can get out an early enough Goblin Electromancer and/or Baral, Chief of Compliance though. The rest of the mana comes from casting rituals (in this case Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, and (if one has an Electromancer and/or Baral out) Manamorphose).

While this is going on, one uses various cheap draw spells (Serum Visions, Anticipate, and Manamorphose) to increase their "storm count" (the number of spells they have cast in a turn) without depleting their hand size.

Gifts Ungiven is used to grab a couple of rituals, a Past in Flames, and either a Manamorphose or one of the two win conditions. Since Gifts Ungiven is so important to this deck, Merchant Scroll is in here to increase the probability of being able to get it out.

Past in Flames is of critical importance because it is incredibly unlikely that one manage to storm out with this deck unless they can cast spells from their graveyard.
