Sultai control. This is budget, so no cards above 5 ($7 or so) please. Villainous Wealth really is pretty OP.

AEtherspouts - Protection and boardwipe. Its great because it doesnt clear off my stuff too. Staple for me at 3 in here.

Despise - I literally cried when they reprinted this. Budget replacement for Thoughtseize, so now I can have hand trolling fun too.

Sultai Ascendancy - Lets me scry2.0 and fills my graveyard. Why not.

Villainous Wealth - My win condition. Seriously, this card. Its not even until end of turn.

Dissolve - Generic counterspell. Scry is nice too.

Dissipate - A couple more dissolve, albeit without scry. Exiling could come in handy if dredge strategies return, I guess.

Sultai Charm - With 3 good modes, this is always relevant. Mana cost can be a little awkward at times, however.

Murderous Cut - My Hero's Downfall substitute. Can be anywhere between 1-5 mana thanks to delve, but can only hit creatures, although I dont see many planeswalkers in my budget circle anyway.

Horizon Chimera - Helps me stall with lifegain, and having flash, flying and trample is pretty great.
