[Budget] The Zombie Apocalypse of the Damned

Casual Aggro Budget Casual Mono-Black

Kerath

This deck is a budget one to play with friends. The theme is to be able to swarm with zombies in a cheap way and to surprise mid-late game with a BIG swarm with either Zombie Apocalypse or Army of the Damned

Little combos:

  • Carrion Feeder and Nantuko Husk can eat other zombies to increase their punch. If you eat Festering Goblin you can take advantage of the -1/-1 and if you eat Butcher Ghoul it will come back as a 2/2.

  • Butcher Ghoul and Festering Goblin are perfect victims for Victimize. Nice tradeoff one of those, triggering their abilities and getting 2 of the cycled ones on the battlefield.

  • Lord of the Undead boosts our zombies and can bring back to your hand zombies from the graveyard... specially the ones with Cycling!

  • Twisted Abomination nice zombie, you will fetch Swamps with it and when we revive it later it gives punch and regenerates. Better than it seems.

  • Gempalm Polluter the more, the merrier! And you can bring it back with the Lord and damage the opponent's life again while cycling. Revived it's still a 4/3.

Finishers:

  • Zombie Apocalypse even after a table sweep, or after making your zombies eat each other too much to hit harder, you can refill your deck with this. I wish there were more black zombies with cycling.

  • Army of the Damned if you release this 13 zombie tokens, most likely the game will be yours.

This is for fun and suggestions (that will maintain this on a budget) are very welcome!

Updates Add

Since Gravecrawler's price dropped, I changed the Festering Goblins for a set of Gravecrawlers :D Also removed Terror for Tragic Slips and removed the Nantuko Husks.
