Budgeted take on the Conspicuous Snoop combo deck, swapping Unearth in place of Aether Vial and tweaking the mana to be cheaper. This can be used as a good starting point, as the only main deck difference between this and the typical lists are the Vials. The side deck is mostly complete as well, really just adding in more powerful interaction through Fury and disruption through Chalice of the Void. Neither of these are universally accepted additions from what I can tell either, so tune the side to fit what you expect to play against. I'm playing Thoughtseize over Pithing Needle for example to help disrupt combo decks. The mana is much worse here, but functional enough to get started with.

I would upgrade the mana first, then add Vials and swap Magus of the Moon for Blood Moon

Upgrades - +4 Bloodstained Mire / Auntie's Hovel / Cavern of Souls / Blood Crypt +4 Aether Vial

+4 Chalice of the Void +2-3 Fury +3 Blood Moon once Unearth comes out, in place of Magus of the Moon
