3rd Budget EDH deck for my page. I picked up the "Night of the Ninja" Planechase deck for 5$, took one look at it, and decided I had to do this.

Every deck is built to be the best the general can be used for 300 dollars or less in price, but if you need to budget further, substitutions can be made. If you need to save money, I suggest starting on the land base, and upgrading it when you can.
