This deck stalls the game with cycling shenanigans and fogs until it can drop Felidar Guardian on a board with Vesperlark and Altar of Dementia on it already. Flicker the Vesperlark, but with the flicker on the stack, sac the Felidar to mill a card. Resolve the Vesperlark flicker and the trigger to bring the Felidar back. Repeat until opponents deck is gone.

I'm going for a budget build here. The whole deck should be less than 60 bucks. Any cheap suggestions are welcome.
