A jank, super budget New Perspectives combo deck. Initially inspired by SaffronOlive's combo deck from MTGGoldfish a while ago, I've been messing around with different wincons (many featured in the maybe). He used Approach of the Second Sun and I've been looking for ways to cut colors and cost as well as come up with different ways for the deck to win. The method this one uses is Vile Manifestation plus Fling, which can 20 the opponent as you cycle through the whole deck and make mana with Vizier of Tumbling Sands+Weirding Wood and Shefet Monitor while Shadow of the Grave keeps you drawing more and more. The deck can win on as early as turn 5 but usually goes off on turns 6 or 7, playing a New Perspectives then winning that turn. The deck is fairly fragile right now and I'm not certain which wincon is best to use. The current version is the cheapest and uses the fewest colors. Other notable wincons include The Locust God to make 20 hasty Locusts, Cunning Survivor/Shadowstorm Vizier/Flamblade Adept etc. plus Fling or Expedite to make a giant creature to win with, and of course Approach of the Second Sun. These other wincons are generally either more expensive and add more colors to the deck. Not sure where to take the deck right now, just thought it was an intriguing idea and something to keep brewing. Ideas and suggestions welcome; +1's appreciated. Thanks for checking out the deck! :)
