Somewhat budget Infect/Charge Counter proliferate EDH deck. I tried not to put any cards over 5$ into it, although there are a couple like Cyclonic Rift and Gilded Lotus that are just too good to miss out on. This is a really good under the radar deck to play, as most people will be content to let the Skeleton Ship deck just durdle around because of how underpowered it seems. However, this deck can really burst out of nowhere to swoop up the win, which makes for a good laugh beating people with one of the most underrated generals around.

Tainted Strike + Proliferate

Darksteel Reactor + Proliferate

Extra Wincons

Exsanguinate with tons of mana rocks, like 10 charge counters on a Everflowing Chalice and a Voltaic Key out

Secondary Wincons (Good Synergies):

Magistrate's Scepter + Proliferate

Skeleton Ship + Crumbling Ashes= Kill something at your upkeep

Skeleton Ship + Blowfly Infestation = Kill all 1 toughness things

Necroskitter Makes for some awesome plays in this deck with Skeleton Ship or Crumbling Ashes

Any advice is much appreciated, I know I'm missing a few really good cards like the Tezzerets and Blightsteel but I'm trying to keep it under 5-10 dollars a card. Any other suggestions under 10$ would be great!
