Sideboard

In standard right now i feel like control is really pigeon-holed to w/u because of the field wipes and the obligatory Sphinx's Revelation so that's why i made this. a control deck that doesn't use white.

it's more about disruption and holding for the Thragtusk and planeswalkers, namely Jace, Memory Adept, those are the main win conditions. the Farseeks are in there because if they're in an opening hand with 2 lands, i can keep that hand instead of mulliganing which i would do if they were anything else.

Golgari Charm is beast. it hits mana dorks, a lot of one drops, and it hits any pesky enchantments they have. dimi charm is really good too, and very underplayed in my opinion. it might have just been my meta, but Dimir Charm hit Rakdos's Return and Bonfire of the Damned and when it's not countering, it's killing little 2/2s.

Victim of the night is my only answer to Obzedat, Ghost Council and it's worked each time my opponent brought him out.

i originally had Garruk Relentless   and Abrupt Decay in here... well i ordered them and they haven't arrived yet. i will make some space for Abrupt Decay but after going to an fnm without the cards, idk if i want to add Garruk Relentless   anymore.

anyways, i get stomped by aggressive decks, especially by b/r zombie decks. the attrition is just terrible, and a turn 5 thragtusk is not enough when their decks run Searing Spear lol.

any help will be appreciated

Updates Add

i got the abrupt decays, and the Garruk Relentless  Flip and the decays totally did better than i expected them to do, but the garruks did NOT work out the way i thought they would hahaa. i'm thinking of adding Garruk, Primal Hunter but i don't know if he belongs in this deck.
