Uses low cost enchantments to slow down non-blue manabase's and has 3 win conditions, depending on what kind of soft-lock you can get on an opponent. Aggro with Goyf and bob, the long game with Ashiok, or Villaneous Wealth'ing something good (X at 4 seems to be alright against many decks).

Spreading Algae and Urborg interact well together and can essentially shut down a player's manabase. There are enough pieces here to make your Goyf's 7/8.
Enough hand distruption to make it so the manabase really doesn't allow a player to do anything relevant

The leyline and choke in the maybe board are thoughts because blue bases aren't as harmed with the sea's effects, and leyline allows for instant speed enchantment and hand distruptions. However, seeing as a land can tap for the required color before the sea's effect would take place I'm not sure the flash ability really matters.

Still tweaking and continuing to test on Trice before I test it in paper.
