This is a deck I'm thinking of putting together and this is the idea i have for it. I would like feedback on what cards i should put into it and what you guys think about what I have planned for it so far. Also tips on a sideboard would help.

The strategy of this deck is to control what my opponents can put out, remove creatures or assets they may possess, and to stay alive with the utilities of Deathrite Shaman and Scavenging Ooze. Really to buy myself time to get out my bigger threats and apply pressure to the opponent. Extra win conditions include Vraska the Unseen ultimate ability, and milling with Jace, Memory Adept. Jace also serves and a source to add graveyard fuel for the Deathrite Shaman and Sccavenging Ooze for my benefit.
