Get Locust God onto the board and then draw until the game's over, mainly through wheel. PENDING UPDATE

A central combo in this deck is setting up a Laboratory Maniac win through draw cards. This can be enabled in a number of ways, one of the quickest is casting Enter the Infinite and then casting a cantrip draw spell like Brainstorm to trigger the win. Combos also allow for this, but require setup. Recommend incorporating Vedalken Orrery into the deck to flash out Labman / combo pieces as necessary.

Ashnod's Altar + Skullclamp + The Locust God is another central combo, however this combo requires set-up and is fairly telegraphed.

Value comes from cards Bident of Thassa, Shared Animosity, Purphoros, God of the Forge, and wheel effects. Ideally, this deck would run Wheel of Fortune. However, Whirlpool Warrior, Magus of the Wheel, Winds of Change, Windfall, and others are extremely useful for their price. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is pricey, but his effect prevents you from decking yourself. Having an eldrazi titan to cast with potentially infinite colorless mana is also a plus.

Another noteworthy mention is Throne of the God-Pharaoh. Draw big, pass turn, end player.

Chasm Skulker and Psychosis Crawler are not the strongest picks for this deck, but they come in deceptively weak and turn into significant threats with even one wheel effect.

Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind is another weird addition to this type of deck, and isn't necessarily slot-efficient when he's sharing the same CMC as the general, but his draw trigger can function as an additional value-win during big draw turns.

Any creature cards like those mentioned above in addition to Consecration Sphinx mainly serve to bait removal so that The Locust God can be safely cast.

Recommend cards like Daze, Force of Will, Pact of Negation, and Omniscience to protect game-winning combos.
