My friend showed me this commander from the new Doctor Who Villains deck and I Had to build it Immediately.

Mostly things that usually exile themselves that the master stops from happening, a couple of other attack triggers since the deck has a lot of those anyway, and a few pieces of mutate. If you mutate onto a creature with myriad, when it attacks any copies you create will keep all the of the funky text boxes of the mutate stack, they'll just have a "number of times mutated" counter of 0 (the number of times mutated isn't really relevant in this deck but I thought I would point it out). Also contains Aggravated Assault because more combat means more myriad. Could also make use of Relentless Assault and Karlach, Fury of Avernus but Karlach is a bit on the pricier side and I personally just don't like relentless assault for whatever reason.
